Language Arts: Beginning Writing Using Adjectives

Students would make an art project corresponding to the story being read in class for the week.  In order to use the project as a learning tool, students would then write about their art.  I would begin by having a discussion with the class and then writing student generated describing words on the board.  They would then write the words of their choice in a cluster/brainstorm and proceed to then write about their project.
